and the winner is...
most of you guessed it, the winner is number three. i am not a fan of crossing aurora everytime we want to walk to green lake but i am a fan of a bigger place than i ever imagined we would buy within walking distance to the library and the grocery store and with a yard! although what i am most excited about right now is the interest rate we locked in today, 4.25% on a 30 year fixed. seriously, i think locking in that rate was the most excited i have been during the whole process!
